Calm Mornings Studio (Keizersgracht 1, 1015 AA Amsterdam, NL) runs this website and decides what happens with your details.

What we keep and why

When you fill in a form we keep your name, your email and what you wrote, to answer you and to give you what you asked for (a place, a course, a reply). When you buy, the payment is handled by Stripe; we keep what you bought and when. We keep your details while we work together and up to two years after, unless the law asks us to keep them longer (invoices: seven years).

No tracking

This website sets no tracking cookies and counts visits without knowing who you are. If you sign in as a member, one cookie keeps you signed in on this website only.

Who helps us

Company of One (our website and office), Cloudflare (the website and the check that you are a person), Stripe (payments) and our email service. Each works only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or remove your details, take a copy, or object, by emailing hello@acceptance-b.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
